Jack’s mother was rescued after she had been thrown into a canal and it wasn’t long afterwards she gave birth to her litter of pups. Jack was lucky to have survived and the Rockets sure are lucky to have him...he's one fast lad!!
Known to club members as 2 ball jack, since he likes to get 2 tennis balls in his mouth, he has been doing flyball now since 2002, when he got his flyball dog certificate for 200pts, now 11yrs on he has just gained his 50,000 pts certificate. Jack is now 12and will be 13 in Aug, so has now entered the world of Retirement. He started Racing at 12mths and after 11years of competing he has certainly earned his Rest. He still goes to every competition and would still love to do Flyball, but at nearly 13years old, its time for a rest. Jack is the last Orginal Rocket from 11years ago.
Sadly on the 30th December 2013 we had to put jack to sleep because of cancer. He will be very sadly Missed. Gone from us but never ever forgotten. A true friend and companion. Run free Big lad at Rainbow Bridge. Always in our hearts.

Jack on his way back from the box

still going strong 9yrs 10mths old
